Shipping policy

At Vstral World, we strive to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. To achieve this, we have implemented the following shipping policy:

• Free delivery across South Africa on orders above R1060. 
• SA Domestic orders ship within 3 - 7 working days.

• International orders ship within 5 - 15 working days.

• Regulations for import duties and taxes may vary and we are unable to control nor predict their amount.

Please note that international shipments may take longer to be delivered due to the customs process in your country.
